Since several years the musical instruments trade struggle with the problem of identification and autenticity of the instruments of recent construction.

MIR S.r.l. has been created, with the aim to offer to professional insiders and to who ever it may concern,

the esential information for identify a specific musical instrument in the best possible way,

trough information provided by the makers itself.

Luthiers, other makers (and collections) could insert directly their instruments,

with good quality images and technical information, and the portal will provide for each new insertion, to create a ID code and a QR code.

Those unique codes could be used by the maker himself to identify futhermore his instruments.
